Our website address is: https://afsp.uk. The site is owned and operated by Simon Carter, for the benefit of local community groups around Wraysbury, Berkshire UK. We are completely voluntary, making no charges for our help and support. We operate under English law, and although we do not knowingly infringe the laws or bylaws of any other territory where this site might be available, we are not subject to their laws.
Data
We do not collect or process any personal data, and strongly advise any user not to post any personal data in any Comments, as this would be seen by other users unknown.
Comments or Contact Us
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
NB – We only allow comments on the site on very few occasions, however should you choose to Contact us the same rules will apply, you should only send us information that you are happy to be in the public domain. We don’t publish or share any Contact Us comments, but because they are being sent unencrypted, we cannot guarantee that others unknown might be able to intercept and view them.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website could download and extract any location data from images on the website. All images on the site, excepting those uploaded by visitors, are Copyright to Simon Carter. Anyone using our Copyright Images without written permission from ourselves will be charged at £5.00 GBP per day, or part thereof. By submitting any images to us, you accept you are giving us permission to use those images in anyway we wish on this site, with your full permission.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Who we share your data with
Nobody outside supplying this service (e.g. If you have subscribed to email updates we will use your email address and name to send the email which involves servers outside our control. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We don’t “share” any data with anyone beyond the smooth operation of the service.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
